Letter of Invitation
Dear Colleague,
It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the 3rd Annual Minimally Invasive
Robotic Association (MIRA) Meeting to be held
at Roma Eventi Conference Center at Rome, Italy,
January 24th-26th, 2008.
MIRA represents a growing worldwide fraternity
of minimally invasive surgeons using the surgical
robot in their respective fields.
We have created
a state of the art program divided into general
surgery, urology, cardio-thoracic, gynecology
and pediatric surgery to cater to the surgeons
practicing the art of robotic surgery in these fields. Presenters from around the globe will
discuss techniques, ideas and results. The purpose
of the meeting is to cover clinically important
indications of robotic surgery for clinicians,
residents and fellows.
An entire session has also
been dedicated to emerging technologies and
research in robotic surgery.
Roma Eventi conference center is located in
the heart of Rome, close to Piazza di Spagna
(Spanish steps) an ideal location to have
a knowledge filled meeting and
providing an opportunity for the delegates to
savour the culture and architecture of roman
civilization.
