Congress Venue: Roma Eventi Congress Centre
Situated in a magnificent location in the Eternal City, in the historic downtown between the Spanish Steps and Via Margutta, a few blocks from the famous Trevi Fountain, where it is belived, drop a coin in it, have a wish granted and another visit to Rome, very close to Via Condotti, the shopping street famous world over.
Congress center “Roma Eventi” enjoys an excellent location and has been designed to offer meeting rooms suited to such an event.

A Certificate of Attendance for the 3rd MIRA Meeting can be collected at the registration desk on the last day of the meeting.

Congress bags
Each delegate will receive a congress bag which includes an abstract/program book.

Language
All presentations during the meeting will be conducted in English. There will be no translation.

Smoking is prohibited inside the congress centre.

Speaker Service Centre
Only digital presentations will be accepted during the meeting and all presentations should be handed in at the Speaker Service Centre at least two hours prior to the start of the session.
