Individual Registration

If you are a company/ travel agent and wish to register one or more individuals please go to the group registration page and follow the instructions.

Please read the following instructions carefully before making an individual registration

• All individual registration must be made through the official on-line registration system. No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment details (copy of bank transfer or credit card, in Euro only).
• We require the home or work address of each delegate for our administration. Without an address we cannot proceed with the registration.
• Shortly after receipt of your completed on-line registration you will be sent a confirmation and an invoice for your registration. Please check the confirmation carefully and contact Ti.Gi. Srl if you have any queries.

Membership check
The membership status registration fee will be checked and must be paid up for 2007.

Payment
Your registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the appropriate fees.
In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays, advance registration will close on January 7th, 2008. Please note that you will be charged a higher fee when we receive payment after the stated deadlines.

Registration deadlines
November 30st, 2007: deadline payment early registration fee (payment should have been received by ti.gi. srl)
January 7th, 2008: deadline online registrations. After this date registrations can be made on-site at the congress venue from January 24th, 2008.

Cancellations
Prior to November 30th, 2007: € 50,00 - will be withheld
Between November 30th and December 20th, 2007: 50% refund
After December 20th, 2007: no refund

All refunds will be reimbursed after the meeting.
